摘 要:缓冲罐组件是天然气压缩机组中必不可少的零部件之一,该组件三维模型设计的准确性直接关系到与其相连通的管道的准确性和合理性,以往该组件的三维建模设计比较简单,会出现模型结构型式不完善,易出错、修改繁琐、效率低等诸多问题。利用三维参数化模型设计,不仅可以实现了以一个模型显示多个不同配置的模型,而且后期对模型的设计更改也有较大提高,工作量也会大大降低,同时还能保证各零部件设计的一致性,大大提高了设计效率。The buffer tank assembly is one of the indispensable components in the natural gas compressor unit.The accuracy of the 3 D model design of the assembly is directly related to the accuracy and rationality of the pipeline connected with it.The tradional 3 D modeling design of the assembly is relatively simple,and there are many problems such as imperfect model structure,error-prone,cumbersome modification,and low efficiency.Using the 3 D parametric model design,a model with multiple different configurations cannot only be displayed,but also the design changes of the model can be greatly improved,the workload will be greatly reduced,and the design consistency of each component can be guaranteed,which geatly improved design efficiency.
