摘 要:针对铁路线进港所引起港区已建设施改造的问题,基于对规划铁路线进港区域现状以及港区运营需求的分析,遵循“保障港区营运,尽可能不占用现有堆场,对已建设施影响最小化”的原则,围绕铁路进线后所引起的港区整体改造平面布局形态进行技术、经济研究和比选,并提出推荐方案3,为打造宁波舟山港大型铁矿石海铁联运枢纽奠定基础。In view of the problem of the reconstruction of existing facilities caused by the entry of railway lines,and based on the analysis of the current status of the planned railway line entry area and the operational needs of the port area,we make a technical and economic comparison of the overall layout of the port area caused by the entry of the railway to the port area.Following the principle of “ensuring the operation of the port area,not occupying the existing yard as far as possible,and minimizing the impact on existing facilities”,we propose the recommended scheme 3,which lays a foundation for building a large-scale iron ore sea-rail intermodal transport hub in Ningbo Zhoushan Port.
