摘  要:针对薄壁钢箱梁临时存放过程中产生的局部变形破坏,以某跨海大桥钢箱梁临时存放过程中产生的局部变形为背景,采用现场检测、有限元法与理论分析相结合的方式研究破坏产生的原因,并提出可靠的局部变形修复方案。结果表明:钢箱梁发生局部变形破坏的主要原因为支座位置设置不当,其引起的变形主要集中在支座范围内;提出采用梁端多点支撑、局部增强横隔板支撑,局部割除、更换变形部件的修复措施,实现了钢箱梁临时存放引起的局部变形破坏修复,修复效果较好。The thin-walled steel box girder is possible to experience local deformation during the storage process. In light of this problem, the local deformation in the steel box girder of a sea-crossing bridge during the temporary storage process was taken as the study background. The field testing, finite element method and theoretical analysis were used to study the causes of the damage and work out the reliable remedial scheme to the local deformation. The results show that the improper locations of the bearings are the main cause of the local deformation damage in the steel box girder, and the deformation mainly occur within the range of bearings. The measures taken to treat the deformation include creating multi-point support at the ends of the girder, locally strengthening the support from diaphragms, and locally cutting or replacing the deformed components. The local deformation damage occurring during the temporary storage was remedied, and the remedial effect was good.
