用耳内镜下鼓膜置管术联合注药法治疗分泌性中耳炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨用耳内镜下鼓膜置管术联合注药法治疗分泌性中耳炎(SOM)的临床效果。方法:从2014年1月至2018年12月期间在佛山市高明区人民医院就诊的SOM患者中选取80例患者为研究对象。将其随机分为观察组和对照组。采用耳内镜下鼓膜置管术联合注药法对观察组患者进行治疗,采用鼓膜穿刺术对对照组患者进行治疗。治疗结束后,对比两组患者的临床疗效、术后并发症的发生情况、生活质量及咽鼓管功能的改善情况。结果:与对照组患者相比,观察组患者治疗的总有效率较高,其中耳感染、鼓室硬化、鼓膜穿孔不愈合等术后并发症的总发生率较低,术后10~ 12个月其CCES的评分较高、Valsalva的评分较低,P<0.05。结论:用耳内镜下鼓膜置管术联合注药法治疗SOM的效果良好,可降低患者术后并发症的发生率,改善其咽鼓管的功能,提高其生活质量。objective: to investigate the clinical effect of treating SOM with ear endoscopy with tympanic tube combined with injection. Methods: from January 2014 to December 2018, SOM patients in gaoming district people’s hospital of foshan were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the observation group were treated with ear endoscopic tympanic tube and injection, and patients in the control group were treated with tympanic puncture. After treatment, the clinical efficacy, postoperative complications, quality of life and improvement of eustachian tube function of the two groups were compared. Results: compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher, among which the total incidence of postoperative complications, such as ear infection, tympanosclerosis, and unhealed eardrum perforation, was lower, and the CCES score was higher and Valsalva score was lower 10 ~ 12 months after the operation (P < 0.05). Conclusion: SOM treatment with ear endoscopic tympanic tube combined with injection has a good effect, which can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve the function of eustachian tube and improve the quality of life of patients.
