摘　　要：目的 :对比用两种注射法为妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者注射胰岛素的临床效果。方法 :从2016年1月至2017年12月期间在合江兴康医院就诊的GDM患者中选取93例患者为研究对象。将其随机分为A组和B组。采用皮下注射胰岛素的方法对B组患者进行治疗,采用皮下泵入胰岛素的方法对A组患者进行治疗。用药4周后,对比两组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAIc)的水平及妊娠期并发症的发生情况。结果 :用药4周后两组患者FPG、2hPG及HbAIc的水平均低于用药前,其中A组患者FPG、2hPG及HbAIc的水平均低于B组患者,P<0.05。用药4周后与B组患者相比,A组患者低血糖、羊水过多及妊娠期高血压的发生率均较低,P <0.05。结论 :与采用皮下注射胰岛素的方法治疗GDM相比,用皮下泵入胰岛素的方法对该病患者进行治疗可更有效地控制其血糖的水平,降低其妊娠期并发症的发生率。objective: to compare the clinical effects of insulin injection in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) with two injection methods. Methods: from January 2016 to December 2017, 93 cases of GDM patients admitted to hejiang xingkang hospital were selected as research objects. They were randomly divided into group A and group B. Subcutaneous injection of insulin was used to treat the patients in group B and subcutaneous injection of insulin was used to treat the patients in group A. After 4 weeks of medication, the levels of fasting blood glucose (FPG), postprandial blood glucose (2hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAIc) and the incidence of pregnancy complications in the two groups were compared. Results: the levels of FPG, 2hPG and HbAIc in the two groups were lower after 4 weeks of medication than before, and the levels of FPG, 2hPG and HbAIc in group A were lower than those in group B (P < 0.05). After 4 weeks of medication, the incidence of hypoglycemia, amniotic fluid hypertrophy and gestational hypertension in group A was lower than that in group B (P < 0.05). Conclusion: compared with subcutaneous insulin injection for GDM, subcutaneous insulin injection can effectively control the blood glucose level and reduce the incidence of pregnancy complications.
