江苏省竞技网球运动后备人才培养的创新研究

摘　　要：为促进江苏省竞技网球运动后备人才的培养,采用专家访谈法,文献资料法,调查问卷法,数理统计法等对体育局管理的少体校及教育局管理的网球特色项目中小学中,竞技网球后备人才培养发展的现状进行分析研究,提出:促进江苏省竞技网球运动可持续性的、健康的良性发展,选择以少体校、普通中小学、社会俱乐部"多模块"的因地制宜的培养模式,结合"体教融合"的方式是发展江苏省竞技网球运动重要理论与实践并行的有效途径。To promote the competitive sport backup talent cultivation in jiangsu province, the expert interview method, literature material method, questionnaire method, mathematical statistics and so on the tennis of youth and sports management department of education management in primary and secondary schools project characteristics, competitive tennis reserve personnel training development present situation analysis, proposed that to promote the sustainability of competitive sport in jiangsu province, healthy benign development, choose to youth, the common primary and secondary schools, social club training mode of "module" adjust measures to local conditions, combining with "teach fused" is an important theory and practice of development of jiangsu province athletics sport is an effective means of parallel.
