摘  要:针对某地下工程空间温湿度对设备、操作人员的重要性,提出了一种基于MODBUS的除湿控制系统软硬件方案。利用PLC高可靠性、功能全面、强大的抗干扰能力等强大技术优势,借助于MODBUS总线的公开发表并且无版权要求及易于部署和维护的优点,及上位机人机友好的交互界面极易实现的优点,对除湿控制系统的控制策略进行了设计,实现对除湿机的各项功能控制及参数设定。经系统试验验证,控制系统人机交互简单,控制系统运行可靠,功能满足指标要求。Aiming at the importance of temperature and humidity of a subsurface engineering space to equipment and operators,a software and hardware scheme based on MODBUS dehumidification control system was proposed. Utilizing the powerful technical advantages of PLC high reliability, comprehensive functions, strong anti-interference ability, etc.,with the public release of MODBUS and no copyright requirements and easy to deploy and maintain, and the easily realize human-machine interaction of host computer, the control strategy of dehumidification control system was designed, and the function control and parameter setting of dehumidifier were realized. The system test proved that the control system had simple human-computer interaction, the operating system runs reliably, and the function meets the requirements of index.
