摘　　要：自贸区建设对地区的影响效应是一项值得深入研究的问题。与以往注重自贸区对地区经济影响的研究不同,本文在研究经济效应的同时,更多关注自贸区对地区创新能力的刺激作用。本文利用建设中国(辽宁)自由贸易试验区试点事件作为实验对象,引入政策效果评价最新发展的合成控制方法,客观评价自贸区建设对辽宁省经济及创新能力的影响效应,为辽宁省自贸区战略规划提供科学依据。研究结果显示:(1)自贸区对辽宁省经济具有一定的积极影响,但是与其他产业相比,对工业产业的影响效果相对较为平缓;(2)自贸区建设对辽宁省创新能力的促增作用十分显著,政策效应要大于对地区经济的影响效果;(3)通过路径分析发现,自贸区对辽宁省的影响效果呈现出分段式特征,即初期促增作用明显,后期影响效果逐渐趋缓。The impact of the construction of the free trade zone on the region is an issue worthy of further study. Different from the previous studies on the impact of the free trade zone on the regional economy, this paper studies the economic effects and pays more attention to the stimulating effect of the free trade zone on regional innovation capability. This paper uses the pilot project of China(Liaoning) Pilot Free Trade Zone as the experimental object, introduces the latest development of the control method of policy effect evaluation, objectively evaluates the impact of the construction of the free trade zone on the economy and innovation capacity of Liaoning Province, and is the free trade of Liaoning Province. The regional strategic planning provides a scientific basis. The results show that:(1) The free trade zone has a certain positive impact on the economy of Liaoning Province, but compared with other industries, the impact on the industrial industry is relatively flat;(2) the construction of the free trade zone on the innovation capacity of Liaoning Province The promotion effect is very significant, and the policy effect is greater than the impact on the regional economy;(3) Through the path analysis, it is found that the effect of the free trade zone on Liaoning Province presents a segmented feature, that is, the initial promotion effect is obvious, and the later influence The effect is gradually slowing down.
