摘 要:棉织物采用芳香竣酸BSTA免烫整理剂进行整理,以单因素分析法研究BSTA浓度、次亚磷酸钠(SHP)浓度、纤维保护剂KSA浓度、整理浴pH值及焙烘条件等对抗皱效果的影响;使用正交试验法对工艺条件进行优化,分析各因素对棉织物折皱回复角及强力损失的影响程度。结果表明,各因素对棉织物折皱回复角的影响程度次序为:BSTA浓度>焙烘条件〉pH值〉SHP浓度>KSA浓度;各因素对织物强力保留率的影响程度次序为:pH值〉BSTA浓度>焙烘条件>KSA浓度>SHP浓度。优化的棉织物抗皱整理工艺条件为:BSTA浓度0.3mol/L、SHP浓度0.1mol/L.KSA质量浓度30g/L、pH值1.8,180t焙烘1.5min。对分别经BSTA,BTCA和2D树脂处理后的织物进行耐水洗性测试,结果显示BSTA处理织物的抗皱效果与BTCA接近,强力保留率比BTCA更好,多次水洗后,外观平整度SA等级能达到3.0级以上。Anti-crease finish of cotton fabric is carried out with aromatic acid BSTA. The effects of BSTA concentration, sodium hypophosphite (SHP) concentration, fiber protecta nt KSA concentration, pH value of finishing bath and baking conditions on crease resistance are studied by single factor analysis method. The process conditions are optimized by orthogonal test, and the effects of various factors on crease recovery angle and strength loss of cotton fabrics are analyzed. The results show that the impact of each factor on recovery angle of cotton fabrics is BSTA concentration > baking condition > pH value > SHP concentration > KSA concentration;the impact of each factor on strength retention of cotton fabrics is pH value > BSTA concentration > baking condition > KSA concentration > SHP concentration. The optimum technological conditions for anti-crease finish of cotton fabrics are: BSTA concen tration 0.3 mol/L, SHP concentration 0.1 mol/L, KSA concentration 30 g/L, pH value 1.8,and baking at 180℃ for 1.5 min. The washing durability of the fabrics treated with BSTA, BTCA or 2D resins is tested. The results show that the anti-crease effect of the fabrics treated with BSTA is similar to that with BTCA, and the strength retention rate is better than that with BTCA. After repeated washing, the smoothness appearance (SA) can reach above Grade 3.0.
