摘　　要：根据CEY高弹乱麻坯布特点和加工要求,制定了合理的前处理、染色、定形生产工艺。介绍了平幅退浆、煮练、预定形、松式碱减量、染色、定形等工序的流程和工艺要点。生产实践表明,采用高温髙压气流染色机进行染色加工,可满足加工要求,且可减少50%的水耗和汽耗。Based on the grey fabric performance and production requirement, appropriate processes including pretreatment, dyeing and heat setting are defined to solve the defects and problem which easily occured during CEY high elastic habijabi fabric production. Key points in processing procedures are put forward, such as open width desizing, boiling, presetting, loosen alkali deweighting, dyeing and heat setting. Practical application shows that high temperature and high pressure airflow dyeing machine is suitable for the production, and the consumption of water and steam can decrease by 50%.
