摘　　要：将生产的3批鸡新城疫(ND)、传染性支气管炎(IB)、减蛋综合征(EDS76)三联灭活疫苗,分别置于室温和2~8℃保存,间隔不同时间后,分别取出做物理性状、安全性、免疫效力试验.结果经保存后,物理性状良好,符合现行《中国兽药典》标准.室温保存9个月或2~8℃保存15个月,免疫效力未发生明显变化,证明该疫苗具有良好的保护效力.在临床应用中,受外界条件等不利因素的影响,将保存期暂定为室温保存6个月或2~8℃保存12个月.Three batches of triple inactivated vaccines of Newcastle disease (ND), infectious bronchitis (IB) and egg loss syndrome (EDS76) were stored at room temperature and 2-8 ℃ respectively. After different time intervals, physical properties, safety and immune efficacy were tested. Results After preservation, the physical properties were good and accorded with the current standard of Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia. The vaccines were stored at room temperature for nine months or at 2-8 ℃ for 15 months, and the immune efficacy did not change significantly, which proved that the vaccines had good protective effect. In clinical application, due to adverse factors such as external conditions, the shelf life is tentatively set as six months at room temperature or 12 months at 2-8 degrees Celsius.
