水热法合成钴基陶瓷颜料的工艺研究

摘  要:以钴蓝土、可溶性钴盐和铝盐为原料,在220℃温度下水热处理20h,制备钴基陶瓷颜料.通过研究改变pH值、合成温度以及盐类种类.采用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、荧光光谱分析仪(XRF)以及分光测色计对所合成产物进行了表征分析.结果表明:以钴蓝土、硫酸钴和硫酸铝为合成原料,在pH=11,合成温度为220℃时,钴基陶瓷颜料为亮蓝色,发色稳定,颗粒大小为100nm,分布均匀,生成CoAl2O4尖晶石型结构的晶体,蓝度值最佳(b*=-45.55).The cobalt that ceramic pigment was prepared by hydro-theramal at 220 ℃ with 20 h and the cobalt blue soil, soluble cobalt salt and aluminum salt as raw materials. The pH values, synthesis temperature and salt species were studied. The as-synthesized pigments were characterized by X-raypowder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM), fluorescence spectrum analyzer(XRF) and spectrocolorimeter. The resluts show that cobalt base ceramic pigment with b * value of -45.55 better than others was obtained at pH value of 11 and synthesis temperature of 220 ℃. When using cobalt blue soil, cobalt sulfate and aluminum sulfateas raw materials. Their colour, crystal and crystal structure were respectively bright blue, 100 nm, cobalt aluminum spinel.
