摘  要:选择性激光烧结(Selective Lasers Sintering,简称SLS)技术是20世纪90年代初在RP技术中发展起来的又一种全新的原型制作方法,它以各种粉末材料(陶瓷、石英砂以及金属等粉末)为加工对象.制件的精度问题是任何一种商品化设备必须考虑的问题.影响SLS制件精度的主要因素有铺粉装置的机构因素、材料的收缩性能、环境温度、扫描路径以及铺粉厚度等.笔者主要从铺粉装置的机构因素、环境温度、扫描路径以及铺粉厚度等方面进行探讨,以此提高制件的精度.本设计采用三缸送粉结构,该系统结构紧凑,并且增加了一些控制元器件,使得整个系统的运行更加稳定可靠,制件的精度得到进一步提高.Selective lasers sintering (SLS) technology is another new prototype method developed in RP technology in the early 1990s. It uses various powder materials (ceramic, quartz sand and metal powder). For processing objects. The accuracy of the part is a problem that must be considered in any commercial device. The main factors affecting the accuracy of SLS parts are the mechanical factors of the powder coating device, the shrinkage properties of the material, the ambient temperature, the scanning path and the influence of the thickness of the powder. This paper mainly discusses the mechanical factors of the paving device, the ambient temperature, the scanning path and the thickness of the paving, so as to improve the precision of the parts. The design adopts a three-cylinder powder feeding structure, the system is compact in structure, and some control components are added, so that the operation of the whole system is more stable and reliable, and the precision of the workpiece is further improved.
