俞云切脉针灸治疗心衰经验

摘　　要：笔者通过跟师学习整理广东省名老中医俞云教授运用切脉针灸治疗心衰的经验并进行分析研究。俞云教授认为心衰病情危重、病机复杂,而通过切脉可快速诊察心衰病之阴阳虚实,从而指导针刺,并对急性心衰及慢性心衰的不同病机采用不同的针灸方法。俞师治疗心衰以切脉为重,切人迎、寸口、太溪、扶阳四部脉,并根据脉象大小辨别病机,从而指导针刺穴位,以及介绍俞师治疗心衰常用穴位,旨在提高中医诊疗心衰的水平。The author collated and analyzed the experience of Professor YU Yun,a famous veteran doctor of TCM in Guangdong Province about the treatment of heart failure.Professor YU believes that the condition of heart failure is critical and the pathogenesis is complex.Feeling the pulse can diagnose excess and deficiency of yin and yang quickly,which can guide the needling.Professor YU applied different methods of acupuncture and moxibustion to different pathogenesis of acute or chornic heart failure.Professor YU put the pulse diagnosis in the most important place.According to the feelings of the pulses of Renying,Cunkou,Taixi and Fuyang,he can distinguish the pathogenesis to choose corresponding acupoints,thus to improve the level of TCM diagnosis and treatment of heart failure.
