摘 要:通过在光伏密封胶中加入适量的硅烷偶联剂,研究了不同类型的偶联剂的加入对多种基材在常温、紫外辐照、高温高湿、湿-热环境下的粘接性的影响,同时考查了其对光伏密封胶性能的影响.结果表明,偶联剂加入表干时间增长、拉伸强度增大,伸长率降低并改善常温粘接性.偶联剂聚合物能显著的改善脱醇型光伏硅酮密封剂的耐紫外辐射、高温高湿、湿-热环境下的粘接.By adding an appropriate amount of silane coupling reagent to the photovoltaic sealant, the effects of different types of coupling reagent on the adhesion of various substrates under normal temperature, UV irradia. tion,high temperature and high humidity, and wet-heat environment were studied, and the effects on the perfor. mance of photovoltaic sealants were also examined. The results show that the take-free time and tensile strength of the coupling reagent increase, the elongation decreases and the adhesion at room temperature improves. The coupling reagent polymer can significantly improve the adhesion of the dealcoholized photovoltaic silicone sealant to ultraviolet radiation resistance, high temperature and humidity, and wet-hot environment.
