摘  要:针对汽车电机生产厂提出的银铜合金软化后换向器会出现凸片甚至飞片,电机不能正常运转,换向片的耐磨性及换向器的使用寿命下降的问题,依据GB/T33370-2016《铜及铜合金软化点温度的测定》方法,研究银铜合金换向器成品的换向片软化点温度,得出其软化点温度与换向器大小、铜片厚度的相关性较低,与银铜合金的银含量相关性较高。给电机和换向器的研发合理选择银铜合金的含银量提供帮助。Aiming at the out of shape problem in commutator after softening of silver-copper alloy put forward by automobile motor manufacturer,motor cannot run normally,and wear resistance of commutator disc and service life decline issue,according to GB/T 33370-2016<Determination of softening point temperature of copper and copper alloy>,This paper studies the softening point temperature of commutator disc of silver-copper alloy commutator products and obtains its softening point temperature. The correlation between the temperature of melting point and the size of commutator and the thickness of copper sheet is low,and that between melting point temperature and silver content of silver-copper alloy is high. It is helpful for the research and development of motor and commutator to select the silver content of silver-copper alloy reasonably.
