摘 要:以片花状的ZnO@碳球(ZnO@C)为前驱物,采用原位沉淀法使Ag3PO4颗粒生长在其表面形成Ag3PO4/ZnO@碳球(Ag3PO4/ZnO@C)三元复合物。利用XRD,SEM,Raman,UV-VisDRS及瞬态光电流响应等技术对合成样品进行表征,并测试其可见光催化性能。结果表明:ZnO@C的引入能够显著提高Ag3PO4的光催化性能,其中5%(质量分数)ZnO@C与Ag3PO4的复合物AP-Z-5光催化效果最佳。在5mg/LFe(NO3)3牺牲剂存在的情况下,AP-Z-5在20min内能完全降解亚甲基蓝,光催化循环4次后仍保持86%的降解能力。AP-Z-5在Cr(VI)与亚甲基蓝混合废水中对亚甲基蓝依然能保持较高的光催化降解能力。Using flower-like ZnO@carbon sphere (ZnO@C) as precursor,Ag3PO4/ZnO@carbon sphere (Ag3PO4/ZnO@C) ternary composites were synthesized via an in-situ precipitation method,Ag3PO4 nanoparticles were deposited on the surface of the ZnO@C.The samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,Raman,UV-Vis DRS and transient photocurrent responses.The visible light photocatalytic performance of samples was also investigated.The results show that the photocatalytic performance of Ag3PO4 can be improved by combining with ZnO@C.Among the samples,AP-Z-5(5%(mass fraction) ZnO@C and Ag3PO4) shows the best photocatalytic performance.It can nearly completely degrade methylene blue (MB) after 20min illumination in the presence of 5mg/L Fe(NO 3) 3,and remain 86% degradation rate after 4 cycles.Additionally,AP-Z-5 can degrade MB very well even in the mixed contaminant solution including Cr(VI) and MB.
