摘 要:以DC01为试验研究对象,发现热轧工艺使用高温730℃卷取后,会发生离异共晶现象,生成离异珠光体。退火过程中离异珠光体的扩散,使连退产品生成团块状珠光体,并伴随着其屈服强度降低,r值显著提高。经锥杯成形试验对比,低含碳量和高温卷取工艺有利于连退产品成形性能提高,可以使其成形性能接近罩退常规DC01的成形性能。Taking DC01 as the experimental object, it is found that the divorced eutectic will occur after coiling at 730 ℃ in hot rolling process, and the divorced pearlite will be formed. The diffusion of divorced pearlite during annealing results in the formation of massive pearlite in the continuous annealing process and the decrease of yield strength and the significant increase of r value. The cone cup forming tests show that the low carbon content and high temperature coiling process are beneficial to the improvement of the forming properties of the continuous withdrawal products, and the forming properties of the continuous withdrawal products are close to those of the conventional DC01.
