摘  要:威金斯气柜气体置换中,活塞上部作业区域检测有害气体浓度超标,经多次活塞升降在烟囱效应作用下逐步稀释气体,直至检测合格。分析了气柜置换中活塞上部空间有害气体浓度超标的形成原因,探讨新增气柜进口U型水封后与放散塔之间连通管道及阀门组合,从而实现降低气柜置换时活塞上部有害气体浓度的目的。In the gas replacement of Wiggins gas holder, the concentration of harmful gas in the upper working area of piston exceeds the standard, and the gas is gradually diluted under the action of chimney effect after several piston lifts until the detection is qualified. The causes of excessive harmful gas concentration in piston upper space during gas holder replacement are analyzed, and the connecting pipeline and valve combination between U-shaped water seal of new gas holder and release tower are discussed in order to reduce the harmful gas concentration in piston upper space during gas holder replacement.
