摘 要:【目的】探究植物乳杆菌素BM-1对大肠杆菌的抑菌活性。【方法】通过管碟法检测植物乳杆菌素BM-1对12株大肠杆菌的抑菌活性,选取不同敏感型大肠杆菌5株,对大肠杆菌生长曲线、活菌数、生物膜的形成进行测定,并采用实时荧光定量PCR方法测定大肠杆菌中细菌素受体基因的表达。【结果】生长曲线、活菌数、生物膜的形成试验结果显示,大肠杆菌CGMCC1.8723对植物乳杆菌素BM-1敏感性最强;实时荧光定量PCR显示植物乳杆菌素BM-1显著影响大肠杆菌甘露糖磷酸转移酶系统编码基因的表达。【结论】植物乳杆菌素BM-1对大肠杆菌表现出不同水平的抑菌活性。【Objective】 In this study the bacteriostatic activity ofplantaricin BM-1 against Escherichia coli was investigated.【Method】 The bacteriostatic activity of plantaricin BM-1 on Escherichia coli was detected by Oxford Cup bacteriostatic method. Five Escherichia coli strains were selected from different sensitive to plantaricin BM-1, and their growth curves, viable counts, biofilm formation and real-time PCR were determined.【Result】 Growth curve, viable count and biofilm formation showed that CGMCC 1.8723 was the most sensitive strain to plantaricin BM-1. Real-time PCR showed that plantaricin BM-1 stimulated the receptor gene expression.【Conclusion】 Plantaricin BM-1 exhibited different levels of antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli .
