摘 要:分析了新钢11号高炉炉身中上部结厚5年多,结厚物的形态变化和形成机理,通过深料线操作、布料矩阵调整、增加鼓风量、优化用焦结构、提高铁水温度、振动筛改造等日常操作手段保证了高炉生产的稳定顺行并成功将结厚物脱落,为今后如何抑制高炉炉身结厚指明了方向.另外,描述了结厚物脱落时高炉炉况、炉衬及冷却壁温度、渣铁成分等方面变化,为今后出现同类炉况提供了判断依据,方便高炉操作者及早发现,及早采取措施,避免炉凉等异常炉况出现,减少经济损失.The morphological changes and formation mechanism of the five-years accretion in the middle-upper part of Xin steel′s No.11 BF stack have been analyzed in this paper.By means of operating through deep stock line,adjusting burden distribution matrix,increasing blast volume,optimizing of coke structure,raising molten iron temperature and shaking screen upgrading,the accretion was successfully got rid off and stable production has been achieved,which plays a great role in guiding how to restrain the accumulation of accretion.In addition,the changes in BF condition,furnace lining and cooling stave temperature,iron slag composition were described in this paper,which provides a criterion for accessing similar situation in the future.It is also convenient for BF operators to find out problems earlier and take measures instantly so as to avoid abnormal furnace conditions,such as furnace cooling as a way of reducing losses.
