根外追肥对红王子锦带保护酶活性及MDA含量的影响

摘　　要：为解决红王子锦带生长季节养分不足问题,采取根外追肥的方式为其提供营养,并研究了根外追肥对保护酶活性和MDA含量的影响规律。试验在田间条件下,设置根外追施氮肥浓度分别为0%(T1,CK)、0.50%(T2)、1.00%(T3)、1.50%(T4)、2.00%(T5)5个处理,3次重复。结果表明:4~9月,T4处理SOD活性分别比对照提高了39.70%、30.07%、35.46%、50.04%、61.28%,差异显著,T5与T4之间无显著差异;POD活性分别比对照提高了43.06%、51.97%、72.71%、92.15%、104.44%,5~9月T3显著低于T4;CAT活性表现为随着根外追施氮肥浓度的增加而升高,其中T4与T5之间无显著差异,T4显著高于T3;4~6月T4处理MDA含量分别比对照降低了46.19%、62.80%、44.01%,差异显著,4月T5显著高于T4。建议红王子锦带生长季节根外追肥氮的浓度为1.50%。In order to solve the nutrient deficiency of Weigela florida cv. Red Prince,foliage top dressing for plant has been adopted to supply nutrition,meanwhile,the effects of foliage top dressing on protective enzyme activity and MDA content have been studied. Under field condition,the test has been conducted by setting five treatments with concentration of nitrogen fertilizer at 0%( T1,control),0. 50%( T2),1. 00%( T3),1. 50%( T4),2. 00%( T5) respectively,repeating for 3 times. The results show that from April to September,compared with CK,SOD activity of T4 treatment was increased by 39. 70%,30. 07%,35. 46%,50. 04% and 61. 28% with significant difference,and there was no significant difference between T5 and T4. Compared with CK,POD activity was increased by 43. 06%,51. 97%,72. 71%,92. 15% and 104. 44%,T3 was significantly lower than T4 from May to September. CAT activity was raised with the increase of concentration of nitrogen fertilizer by foliage top dressing,there was no significant difference between T4 and T5,T4 was significantly higher than T3. From April to June,compared with CK,MDA content of T4 was decreased by 46. 19%,62. 80% and 44. 01% with significant differences,and in April T5 was obviously higher than T4. It is suggested that the concentration of foliage top dressing should be 1. 50% for Weigela florida cv. Red Prince in growing season.
