夏桂成清心滋肾汤改善乳腺癌患者卵巢抑制的临床应用  

Clinical Application of Qingxin Zishen Decoction Prescribed by Xia Guicheng on Improving the Ovarian Suppression of Patients with Breast Cancer

摘　　要：年轻乳腺癌患者药物卵巢去势及化疗后引起的卵巢抑制症状与心肝火旺、肾阴不足的绝经综合征相类似。国医大师夏桂成教授提出“心肾子宫轴”调节理论,强调心肾相交、坎离既济,创制了以清心滋肾汤治疗更年期诸症。由于两者的相似性,故可用清心滋肾汤改善年轻乳腺癌患者的卵巢抑制,临床疗效良好,值得进一步观察与应用。Patients with breast cancer given drug ovarian castration and chemeotherapy suffer from ovarian suppression symptoms, similar to symptoms due to menopausal syndrome, such as excessive heart and liver fire and deficient kidney yin. National Medical Master Professor Xia Gui cheng put forward the "heart-kidney-uterine axis" regulation theory, emphasizing heart kidney interaction and water and fire counteraction, as well as created Qingxin Zishen Decoction to treat climacteric diseases. Because of the similarity between the two, Qingxin Zishen Decoction can also be used to improve ovarian suppression in young patients with breast cancer, and the clinical effect is significant, which is worthy of further observation and application.
