摘　　要：韶钢2200m^3高炉在2018年2月3日计划年修48小时后,由于其他原因延迟2个月复风生产,高炉炉缸完全冻结,在处理这次韶钢高炉炉缸冻结中应用了韶钢高炉铁口专利技术——铁口煤氧枪,成功解决了铁口与风口之间的通路问题。顺利处理好了大高炉炉缸冻结,成功恢复了生产。After 48 hours of scheduled annual repair on February 3, 2018, the 2200m blast furnace in Shaogang was delayed for 2 months due to other reasons, and the hearth of the blast furnace was completely frozen. The patented technology of the iron mouth coal-oxygen lance of Shaogang Blast Furnace was applied to deal with the freezing of the hearth of Shaogang Blast Furnace, and the problem of the passage between the iron mouth and the tuyere was successfully solved. The hearth freezing of large blast furnace has been smoothly handled and production resumed successfully.
