新时代自治法治德治相结合视阈下成都乡村治理的思考

摘　　要：党的十九大提出了健全自治、法治、德治相结合的乡村治理体系重大课题和现实任务,这为全面建成小康社会后中国农村的现代化进程提出了新的任务和要求.但从全国看"三治结合"尚有很长的路要走,亟需地方经验突破.成都作为全国统筹城乡综合配套改革试验城市之一,为全国的乡村治理提供了经验借鉴.基于成都实践,提出了新时代健全自治、法治、德治的乡村治理体系路径选择.With the development of economy and society and the advancement of urbanization in China, new challenges have been brought to rural governance. The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should strengthen the basic work at the grass-roots level in rural areas and improve the rural governance system which combines autonomy, rule of law and rule of virtue, which provides a guide for the modernization of the rural governance system in the new era. This paper expounds the role and dialectical relationship of autonomy, rule of law and rule of virtue in the rural governance system, summarizes Chengdu practice in exploring the combination of autonomy, rule of law and rule of virtue, summarizes the experience of Chengdu practice, reveals the value of Chengdu practice, and puts forward the path choice of the rural governance system combining autonomy, rule of law and rule of virtue.
