品管圈活动在提高哮喘患者自我管理能力中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探索品管圈活动在提高哮喘患者自我管理能力中的作用。方法 科室医生、护士自愿加入品管圈活动,选定“提高哮喘患者自我管理能力”为主题,开展为期8个月的活动,探讨提高哮喘患者自我管理能力的方法。结果 哮喘患者自我管理能力通过本次圈活动有了很大提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 开展品管圈活动,不仅能够提高哮喘患者自我管理能力,也促使科室开展延伸性医疗、护理服务,医护共同参与哮喘患者自我管理,使得哮喘患者疾病得到有效控制。Objective To explore the role of quality control circle in improving self-management ability of asthmatic patients. Methods Doctors and nurses volunteered to join the quality control circle, and selected “improving the self-management ability of asthmatic patients” as the theme, and carried out the activities for 8 months to explore ways to improve the self-management ability of asthmatic patients. Results The self-management ability of asthmatic patients was greatly improved by this circle activity, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion The activities of quality control circle can not only improve the ability of self-management of asthmatic patients, but also promote the development of extended medical treatment, nursing service and medical care to participate in the self-management of asthmatic patients, so that the diseases of asthmatic patients can be effectively controlled.
