摘　　要：研究发现,苏州“互联网+”现代农业新业态发展存在政府投入与管理不到位、专业人才紧缺、农村物流服务水平偏低、融资服务水平不高、知识产权保护与品牌意识不强等问题,提出出台“互联网+”现代农业融资系列扶持政策、优化健全考核奖励机制、加快培育新农人、加强“互联网+”现代农业基础设施建设、提升农村物流及农业信息服务水平、积极打造地方特色农业电商品牌、严格网售农产品质量监管等一系列对策。The study has found that Suzhou’ s “Internet +” new business development has a series of problems such as insufficient government investment and management, shortage of professional talents, low level of rural logistics services, low level of financing services, and weak intellectual property protection and brand awareness. Finally, the paper proposes a series of countermeasures, such as formulating the “Internet +” series of supporting policies for modern agriculture financing, accelerating the cultivation of new farmers, strengthening the construction of “Internet +” modern agricultural infrastructure, upgrading the rural logistics and agricultural information services, actively building local characteristic agricultural e-commerce brand, and strictly supervising the quality of agricultural products sold online.
