核工业特色大学法律本科人才培养模式探究——以东华理工大学为例

摘　　要：教育部“卓越法律人才教育培养计划”已全面启动,作为核工业特色大学,东华理工大学结合学校核工程和环境资源、核能利用、地矿资源开发等领域的跨学科优势,增强法学和学校优势学科之间的交叉、融合和渗透,在法律本科人才培养目标、人才培养标准、人才培养模式改革措施等方面积极探索,以期建立行之有效的应用复合型卓越法律人才培养模式,提高法律本科人才培养质量。The Ministry of Education′s "Outstanding Legal Talents Education and Training Program" has been fully launched. As a nuclear industry university, East China University of Technology integrates the interdisciplinary advantages in areas such as nuclear engineering, environmental resources, nuclear energy utilization, and development of geological resources to enhance the intersection, integration and penetration between law disciplines and school-dominated disciplines. Moreover, East China University of Technology actively explores such areas like legal undergraduate talent training objectives, personnel training standards, and personnel training model reform measures, with a hope of establishing an effective training model for compound legal talents and improving the quality of undergraduate talents training.
