摘 要:目的探讨电阻抗法血小板计数(PLT-I)、荧光通道血小板计数(PLT-F)、红细胞分布宽度(RDW)和红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)指标变化与检验标本不同保存条件的关系。方法选取2017年1月至2018年10月体检的健康者460例,均采集静脉血标本,每个标本等分2份,在4℃、25℃下保存,分别于即刻、1 h、3 h、6 h、12 h和24 h检测PLT-I、PLT-F、RDW和MCHC水平。结果 4℃条件下,保存24 h后PLT-I和MCHC水平与即刻检测时的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),即刻、1 h、3 h、6 h、12 h和24 h PLT-F和RDW比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);25℃条件下,保存6 h、12 h和24 h后RDW和MCHC明显高于即刻检测时的,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),保存24 h后PLT-I明显低于即刻检测时(P<0.05),即刻、1 h、3 h、6 h、12 h和24 h PLT-F比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);保存6 h、12 h和24 h时,25℃条件下,RDW水平明显高于4℃下的水平(P<0.05);保存12 h、24 h时,25℃下MCHC明显高于4℃下的水平(P<0.05)。结论 PLT-I、PLT-F、RDW和MCHC指标变化与样本保存的温度、时间有关,以4℃,保存24 h内为宜,日常检测中应注意样本保存的时间和温度。Objective To investigate the relationship between the changes of electrical impedance platelet count(PLT-I),fluorescent channel platelet count(PLT-F),red blood cell distribution width(RDW),and the mean hemoglobin concentration(MCHC) of red blood cells and the different storage conditions of test specimens. Methods 460 healthy subjects were selected from January 2017 to October 2018. All venous blood samples were collected. Each specimen was divided into 2 parts and stored at 4℃ and25℃. PLT-I,PLT-F,RDW and MCHC levels were measured at 0 h,1 h,3 h,6 h,12 h and 24 h,respectively. Results At 4℃,the PLT-I and MCHC levels after 24 h of storage were significantly different(P<0.05)compared with 0 h storage. immediate,1 h,3 h,6 h,12 h and 24 h PLT. There was no significant difference between PLT-F and RDW(P>0.05)during 0 h,1 h,3 h,6 h,12 h and 24 h storages. At 25℃,RDW and MCHC levels after 6 h,12 h and 24 h of storages were significantly higher than those at 0 h(P<0.05). After 24 h of storage,PLT-I was significantly lower than that of 0 h(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in PLT-F among 0 h,1 h,3 h,6 h,12 h and 24 h(P>0.05). After 6 h,12 h and 24 h of storage at 25℃,the RDW level was significantly higher than that at 4℃(P< 0.05). After 12 h and 24 h of storage at 25℃,the MCHC level was significantly higher than that at 4℃(P<0.05). Conclusion The changes of PLT-I,PLT-F,RDW and MCHC indexes are related to the temperature and time of sample storage. It is suitable to store at 4℃ for 24 h. The time and temperature of sample storage should be paid attention to in daily detection.
