摘 要:目的:观察BTBD7、E-cadherin在非小细胞肺癌中的表达,初步探讨BTBD7、E-cadherin之间的关联性及与非小细胞肺癌患者相关参数的相关性分析。方法:收集2017年1月~12月云南省第一人民医院和昆明医科大学第一附属医院胸外科行非小细胞肺癌切除术石蜡包埋标本58例和正常肺组织石蜡包埋标本34例,并分别作为肺癌组织组和正常组织组。采用免疫组化染色法检测组织标本BTBD7、E-cadherin表达情况,分析BTBD7、E-cadherin与相关参数(年龄、性别、局部浸润、血行转移及TNM分期)的相关性,分析BTBD7与E-cadherin之间的相关性。结果:肺癌组织细胞中BTBD7阳性率(68.97%)和表达IOD值(8.34±1.84)明显高于正常肺组织细胞(8.82%和3.69±0.61)(P<0.05),肺癌组织细胞中E-cadherin阳性率(12.03%)和表达IOD值(2.14±0.53)明显低于正常肺组织细胞(94.12%和6.84±1.65)(P<0.05);BTBD7、E-cadherin表达阴阳性及IOD值均与非小细胞肺癌局部浸润、血行转移及TNM分期有显著相关性(P<0.05);BTBD7表达与E-cadherin表达呈负相关(rs=-0.552,P=0.000)。结论:BTBD7在非小细胞肺癌中呈现较高表达,E-cadherin在非小细胞肺癌中呈低表达,且BTBD7高表达、E-cadherin低表达与非小细胞肺癌局部浸润、血行转移及TNM分期存在相关性,同时非小细胞肺癌患者BTBD7表达与E-cadherin表达呈负相关。Objective: To observe the expression of BTBD7 and E-cadherin in non-small cell lung cancer,and to explore the relationship between BTBD7 and E-cadherin and the correlation with the related parameters in patients. Methods: From 2017 January to December,58 paraffin-embedded specimens of non-small cell lung cancer and 34 paraffin-embedded specimens of normal lung tissues were collected from the Department of Thoracic Surgery of Yunnan First People′s Hospital and the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University.The expression of BTBD7 and E-cadherin was detected by immunohistochemical staining.The relationship between BTBD7 and E-cadherin and the correlation with related parameters (age,sex,local infiltration,blood metastasis and TNM stage) was analyzed. Results: The positive expression rate of BTBD7 in lung cancer cells (68.97%) and IOD(8.34±1.84)were significantly higher than those in normal lung tissue cells (8.82% and 3.69±0.61)( P <0.05).The positive expression rate of E-cadherin in lung cancer cells (12.03%) and IOD (2.14±0.53) was significantly lower than that in normal lung tissue cells (94.12% and 6.84±1.65)( P <0.05).The negative and positive levels of BTBD7,E-cadherin and IOD values were significantly correlated with local infiltration,hematogenous metastasis and TNM stage of NSCLC ( P <0.05),and the expression of BTBD7 was negatively correlated with E-cadherin (rs=-0.552, P =0.000). Conclusion: BTBD7 has a high positive expression rate in non-small cell lung cancer,and E-cadherin has a low positive expression rate in non-small cell lung cancer.While the high positive expression of BTBD7 and low positive expression of E-cadherin are correlated with local infiltration,hematogenous metastasis and TNM stage of non-small cell lung cancer.The BTBDT expression was negatively correlated with E-cadherin expression.
