摘 要:抽水蓄能发电电动机励磁绕组中通有励磁电流时,当定子机端突然发生三相短路,由于电枢反应在磁极线圈中会产生冲击电流,磁极线圈周围会产生更强的漏磁场,线圈周围的漏磁场与线圈中的电流相互作用会产生向心电磁力,在某些工况由漏磁场引起的向心力很大,该力有可能对磁极线圈的固定结构造成损坏,影响机组的安全运行。本文以某抽水蓄能发电电动机为例,对磁极线圈受较大向心电磁力的几种工况进行了分析,并计算了在电磁力作用下其支撑结构铁托板的强度。The field winding often has exciting current in pump-generator unit, when the three-phase short circuit situation happens on the stator side, as the armature reaction will generate impulse current in pole coils, stronger leakage magnetic field will occurs around the pole coils, the interaction between the leakage magnetic field around the coils and the current in the coils will cause centripetal electromagnetic force, as in some load cases, the centripetal electromagnetic force caused by the leakage magnetic field is very large, and this force may cause damage to the fixed structure of the pole coils, therefore influence the safe operation of the unit. This article takes a pump-generator unit as example, carries out analysis about several load cases which contain large centripetal electromagnetic force in pole coils, and calculates the strength of the flange of bracing structure under the electromagnetic force.
