摘  要:对某660MW汽轮发电机组跳开关灭磁试验时励磁电压及电流波形异常进行分析,结合灭磁回路时序控制设计与实际动作波形对故障原因进行初步定位。通过现场勘察确定故障点并及时消缺。基于试验录波数据对该故障状态的潜在影响进行了分析,最后提出完善励磁系统静态试验与电气整套启动试验的相关反措建议。The abnormality of excitation voltage and current waveform during the de-excitation test of a 660 MW turbine generator is analyzed in this paper. The fault which causing the de-excitation abnormality is preliminarily located by comparing the timing control design of the de-excitation circuit and the actual fault waveform. The fault point is confirmed through on-site investigation and corrected at the same time. Based on the recording fault waveform data, the potential damage caused by the fault is evaluated. The further counter-measures suggestions for improving the de-excitation test are proposed at last.
