摘　　要：针对美国起诉中国农产品补贴超限的案件,介绍了案件的进展情况,分析了美国起诉的本质原因,从法理依据和数学证明两个视角论证了WTO农业协定存在的漏洞,美国起诉内容的主要错误以及WTO专家小组评估意见中存在的主要问题,并提出了中国下一步应诉的对策建议.In response to the US lawsuit against China’s agricultural export subsidies ,this paper introduces the progress of the case , analyzes the essential reasons of the US lawsuit , and demonstrates the loopholes of the WTO Agreement on Agriculture from the perspective of legal basis and mathematical proof. This paper finds out the main problems in the assessments of the panel , and proposes the countermeasures and suggestions for China's next response.
