西方记者延安书写的“乌托邦”色彩研究

摘　　要：20世纪三四十年代,西方一批著名记者远赴延安实地采访,对中国共产党和工农红军进行了多维报道,延安所代表的"红色中国"形象由此为全世界所瞩目.西方记者笔下的延安,田园风光宁静纯朴,生活节奏悠闲舒适,社会氛围平等和谐.这与实际情况并不完全一致,西方记者的延安书写具有乌托邦色彩.其成因在于,时代语境上西方世界危机重重、"向左转"而致红色风行,底层书写的审美现代性凸显文化精神追求,打破集权专制和阶级分化引领政治理想.In the 1930 s and 1940 s,a batch of famed western correspondents,who went afield to cover the Chinese Communist Party( CPC) and the Red Army,made the Red China known to the world. Their accounts of the then Yan’an,the epicenter of the Red China,are laced with utopian descriptions,such as the idyllic scenery,the laid-back lifestyle and the society of harmony and equality. But such writings are not always consistent with the reality. This paper delves into the major reasons behind these utopian western coverage: 1. the prevailing leftism in the besieged western world;2. the rising aesthetic modernity of subaltern writings that advocates a return to romanticism and a breakaway from the shackles of modern society;3. the political ambition to overthrow authoritarian regimes and class oppression.
