摘 要:针对塔河油田掺稀生产油井的系统效率较实际情况偏高的问题,根据稠油掺稀生产油井和常规生产油井的不同点,分析了影响两者系统效率的不同因素。在常规油井系统效率计算模型的基础上,将总输入功率分为电机输入功率和掺稀系统输入功率2部分,在掺稀系统功率中引入掺稀生产油井的掺稀量和掺稀压力2个参数,对掺稀系统的输入功率进行量化,建立了稠油掺稀生产井新的系统效率计算方法,确保稠油掺稀生产油井系统效率的准确性。对评价该类油井的管理水平具有指导意义。Aim at the problem of the system efficiency of Tahe oilfield is higher than the actual situation, according to the different characteristics of the production from oil well and conventional well, the analysis of the efficiency influencing factors of the two systems was carried out on the basis of conventional calculation model of oil well system efficiency. The total input power includes two parts, the input power of the motor and the input power of the mixed system and the two parameters of the mixed dilute production wells were introduced into the dilute system power. The input power of the system was quantified and a new system efficiency calculation method for heavy oil blending production wells was established to ensure the accuracy of the system efficiency in the production of the oil well mixed with lean production.
