摘 要:Y211型封隔器因其结构简单、操作方便、承压高、中途不易坐封等特点,已广泛应用于油气田压裂、完井作业。但随着油田开发时间的不断延长,主力生产层压力系数不断下降、补层压裂不断增多,由层间压差大造成封隔器解封风险增大的问题日益突出,迫切需要对封隔器进行完善,以解决层间压差大时难以解封的问题,降低解封风险。研制了一种带泄压平衡通道的机械式封隔器,用于解决现有封隔器新老层间压差大造成封隔器解封力大、解封困难的问题。The Y211 packer has been widely used in fracturing and completion of oil and gas fields by its simple structure,easy operation,high pressure resistance and its difficulty to set in the way.With the continuous extension of oilfield development time,the pressure coefficient of main production zones decreases while the fracturing of supplementary zones increases.The problem of increasing risk of packer unloading caused by large interlayer pressure difference is becoming more and more obvious.It is urgent to improve the design of packer to solve the problem of difficult unloading when the interlayer pressure difference is large and reduce the risk of unloading.A mechanical packer with pressure relief balancing passage was developed to solve the problem of large pressure difference between old and new layers of existing packers,large unloading force and difficulty of unloading of packers.
