摘　　要：介绍了炭黑在塑料和橡胶行业的应用现状以及下游改性企业用炭黑的发展方向。分析了炭黑色母粒需求状况、生产现状。炭黑作为色母粒的填料,其分散性对色母粒的应用性能起到了重要的作用。对国内外炭黑分散处理技术进行了简单的分类(物理分散和化学分散)。介绍了国内炭黑色母粒的制备方法(单螺杆挤出、双螺杆挤出、三螺杆挤出和密炼等),结合下游市场需求对炭黑色母粒的发展前景进行了分析。The application status of carbon black in plastics and rubber industry and the development direction of carbon black in downstream modification enterprises were introduced.The demand and production status of carbon black masterbatch were analyzed.Carbon black was the filler of masterbatch and its dispersion played an important role in the application of carbon black masterbatch.The dispersion technologies of carbon black were simply classified(physical dispersion and chemical dispersion).The preparation methods of domestic carbon black masterbatch(single screw extrusion,double screw extrusion,triple screw extrusion,internal refining,and so on)are introduced.Combining with demand of downstream market,the development of carbon black masterbatch was prospected.
