摘　　要：由于聚丙烯发泡材料(EPP)的传统发泡成型模具及工艺制备出的产品表面光滑性较差,无法完全满足特殊行业对发泡产品高质量表面的要求,因此急需一种新型成型方案,以便于生产制备出表面光滑的EPP产品。深入研究了传统发泡产品成型模具存在的缺陷,并重新设计蒸汽发泡模具,同时采用3D模型设计软件与模流分析软件对模具进行模型设计和可视化仿真,进而判断模具设计效果,并为制作出表面光滑的EPP产品做出技术指导。Due to the poor surface smoothness of the products prepared by the traditional foam molding dies and processes of expanded polypropylene(EPP),it was impossible to fully meet the requirements of the surface quality of foaming products in special industries.Therefore,a new type of molding was urgently needed.The solution was to produce a smooth surface EPP product.In this paper,the defects of traditional foam molding molds were deeply studied,and a novel foaming molds were designed.At the same time,the structural design and visual simulation of the molds were carried out by using computer aided design(CAD)and computer aided engineering(CAE)software to exam the mold design and visual simulation.Then it could judge the effect of mold design and provide technological guideline to the smooth surface EPP product.
