摘　　要：休眠孢子的形成是硅藻的一种繁殖方式,又是硅藻应对环境变化的一种生存适应策略。了解硅藻休眠孢子的生活史,掌握其形成条件与萌发规律,对古环境科学的研究、新型材料与能源的开发和海产养殖均有重要影响。同时,硅藻休眠孢子是诱发赤潮的直接原因之一。本文通过查阅文献,综述了硅藻休眠孢子的生活史及其在不同领域中的研究意义和经济价值。The formation of resting spores of diatoms,is a breeding mode and a survival strategy of adaptation to cope with environmental changes.Understanding the life history,formation conditions and bourgeon rules of resting spores of diatoms has important effects on the study of paleoenvironmental science,the development of new materials and new source of energy,and the cultivation of marine products.Similarly,the resting spores are one of the direct causes of red tides.In this paper,through consulting documents and books,the life history of resting spores and its research significance and economic value in different fields are reviewed.
