摘 要:采用共沉淀法制备了含有稀土元素镧、铈的类水滑石,XRD结果表明稀土元素的加入影响了水滑石原有的层状结构。红外结果表明,形成的化合物具有水滑石类化合物的官能团。水滑石热重分析曲线表明,400~500℃时层状结构开始破坏,600℃时完全转变为复合金属氧化物,层状结构完全破坏。采用单因素实验法研究了制备的稀土元素类水滑石的投加量、反应时间和溶液初始pH值对刚果红废水脱色率的影响。结果表明,水滑石投加量为4g/L,反应时间为2h,溶液初始pH值为5时,刚果红废水的脱色率可达94.63%。Hydrotalcites containing rare earth elements La and Ce are prepared by coprecipitation method.XRD results show that the addition of rare earth elements influences the original layered structure of hydrotalcite.The infrared results indicate that the formed compounds have functional groups of standard hydrotalcite compounds.The thermogravimetric analysis curve shows that the layered structure begins to break at 400~500 ℃,hydrotalcites completely transforms into composite metal oxide and the layered structure is completely destroyed at 600 ℃.The effects of the dosage of the prepared rare earth element hydrotalcite,the reaction time and the initial pH value of the solution on the decolorization rate of Congo red wastewater are studied.The results show that the decolorization rate of Congo red wastewater is up to 94.63% when the hydrotalcites dosage is 4g/L,the reaction time is 2h, and the initial pH value of the solution is 5.
