高CO2浓度下外源糖对‘黑比诺’葡萄试管苗生长及光合特性的影响

摘  要:以'黑比诺'葡萄试管苗为试材,研究了1000μmol/mol CO2浓度下3种不同外源蔗糖、果糖、葡萄糖对葡萄试管苗生长和光合特性的影响.结果表明:高CO2浓度下葡萄糖处理显著提高试管苗出愈率、根和茎生长速度.与其他两类糖处理相比,出愈率分别平均提高5.8%、8.6%,根生长速度分别平均提高0.54 cm、1.02 cm,茎生长速度分别平均提高0.93 cm、1.59 cm,葡萄糖处理可以明显促进植株的生长与光合作用;高CO2浓度导致果糖处理叶绿素相对含量较正常浓度升高.The effects of three different exogenous sucrose, fructose and glucose on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of 'Pinot Noir' grapevine plantlets under 1000 μmol/mol CO2 concentration were studied. The results showed that the callus rate, root and stem growth rate of test-tube seedlings were significantly increased by increasing glucose application at high CO2 concentration. Compared with other two sugar treatments, the callus rate increased by 5.8% and 8.6%, root growth rate increased by 0.54 cm and 1.02 cm, stem growth rate increased by 0.93 cm and 1.59 cm, respectively. Glucose treatment could significantly promote plant growth and photosynthesis. High CO2 concentration led to higher chlorophyll content in fructose treatment than normal concentration.
