摘  要:本论文通过对综放工作面超静定液压支架关键部件的主要参数就行了计算和归纳,优化设计了支架顶梁、底座、立柱及放煤部等关键节点,采用Pro/E软件对整个支架进行了装配调试。运用计算机数值模拟软件对该综放工作面超静定液压支架进行了验证,验证表明该支架结构合理、安全。该支架与传统支架相比,更具支架受力均匀、放煤效果好、立柱抗冲击载荷强等优点。In this paper,the main parameters as the key components of the indeterminate hydraulic support are calculated and summarized.The key nodes such as the top beam,the base,the pillar and the caving part of the support are optimized.The whole support is assembled and debugged by Pro/E software.The indeterminate hydraulic support is verified by computer numerical simulation software.The result shows that the support structure is reasonable and safe.Compared with the traditional support,the support has the advantages of uniform force,good caving effect and strong impact resistance of the pillar.
