摘 要:为研究结构参数对PTT织物记忆性能的影响,将PTT纱线与涤纶、锦纶长丝的可织性进行对比分析,以浆纱方式解决PTT长丝分丝,增加耐磨性及强力;进而设计开发了27种不同规格的织物,测试了织物的折皱回复角和抗弯刚度,使用SPSS统计软件将PTT织物的结构参数与急、缓弹性回复角、弯曲指数进行单相关性分析。结果表明:线密度对形状记忆性能的影响不显著,平纹形状记忆效果最佳,随着紧度的增加,记忆性能呈下降趋势;优选出样品的参数为:平纹,紧度65%,纱线线密度24tex,密度358×256根/10cm。In order to study the influence of structure parameters on the memory performance of PTT fabric, the weavabilities of PTT yarn, polyester and nylon filaments were compared and analyzed, and the PTT filament was divided by sizing to increase the wear resistance and strength. 27 kinds of different specification fabrics were designed and developed, and the single correlation analysis between PTT fabric structure parameters and quick, slow elastic recovery angle and bending index was made respectively by using SPSS statistical software. The results showed that linear density had no significant effect on shape memory performance, plain weaving shape memory effect was the best, and with the increase of tightness, memory performance showed a downward trend. The parameters of the selected sample were: plain weaving, tightness 65%, yarn linear density 24tex, density 358 × 256 /10cm.
