摘  要:将低温等离子体预处理后的脱胶酶用于苎麻织物的脱胶前处理,对其主要影响因素进行了探讨,并通过正交试验和配方试验进行了优化。结果表明,低温等离子预处理酶种类对苎麻织物的脱胶失重率、毛效、白度有非常显著的影响,而脱胶处理时间对织物失重率有显著的影响,脱胶温度则对织物白度有显著影响;但溶液pH值及其他工艺因素,以及因素间的交互作用对脱胶效果影响不显著;经正交试验优选后的推荐脱胶工艺为:脱胶温度为55.0℃,溶液pH为4.0,处理时间为100.0min;配方试验显示,经低温等离子体预处理后的混合生物酶,以脱胶失重率为指标的最佳比例为木聚糖酶:果胶酶=0.57:0.43,混合酶总用量为8.0%(o.m.f)。实验同时表明,低温等离子体预处理脱胶酶对苎麻织物的脱胶效率得到显著改善。An investigation of ramie fabric degumming by utilizing pretreated enzymes with low temperature plasma was made. The effects of degumming parameters such as temperature, pH value, duration, biological enzyme type, enzyme ratio and dosage on the degumming efficiency were explored. Furthermore, an orthogonal test and a formulation test analysis were also conducted for process optimization. The results showed that significant effects of the different enzymes on the fabric degumming weight loss, capillary rise height, substrate whiteness were observed, as well as significant effects of degumming duration on weight loss and temperature on whiteness. However, insignificant influence was found from other parameters such as pH value and interaction effects. The optimized degumming process for ramie fabric from the orthogonal test was at 55. 0℃ with a pH value of 4. 0 for a degumming duration of 100. 0 min. The formulation test analysis showed that the best dosage ratio for degumming was 0. 57: 0. 43 for xylanase and pectinase respectively, and the total dosage of the mixed enzymes was 8. 0%( o. m. f). At the same time, the results further revealed that the degumming efficiency was significantly improved with the LTP pretreated enzymes.
