摘 要:目的分析突发性耳聋患者的精神心理特点,为指导该类患者的精神和心理健康提供参考。方法评估98例突发性耳聋患者的症状自评量表(SCL-90)得分情况;并比较不同性别、年龄、病程及文化程度间突发性耳聋患者间的SCL-90得分差异。结果突发性耳聋患者的抑郁、躯体化、人际关系敏感、焦虑以及平均总得分均高于中国常模(P<0.05)。女性患者的人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑以及平均总得分均高于男性患者,年龄<40岁者的恐怖、敌对评分高于≥40岁者,病程≥20a者的人际关系敏感、焦虑得分高于病程<20a者,初中及以下学历者的偏执得分高于高中及以上学历者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论突发性耳聋患者有轻中度心理健康损害情况,女性、年龄小、病程长、学历低者为相对高危群体。Objective To analyze the mental and psychological characteristics of patients with sudden deafness to provide reference for guiding the mental and psychological health of such patients. Methods The scores of the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) of 98 patients with sudden deafness were evaluated. The differences in SCL-90 scores of sudden deafness patients with different genders, ages, disease courses and educational level were compared. Results Depression, somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety and average total scores of patients with sudden deafness were higher than those of the Chinese norms (P<0.05). The interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and average total score of female patients were higher than those of male patients, the horror and hostile scores of patients aged <40 years were higher than those aged ≥40 years, the interpersonal relationship sensitivity and anxiety scores of patients with a disease course ≥20 years were higher than those with a disease course <20 years, the paranoid scores of patients with the education level of junior high school and below were higher than those with the education level of senior high school and above, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with sudden deafness that have mild to moderate mental damage, are women, are young, have long disease course and have low education level are relatively high-risk groups.
