摘 要:研究了再生骨料对砂浆工作性和力学性能的影响。在试验中选用M5、M10、M15和M20四个强度等级的砂浆,设定再生骨料对天然骨料的取代率为0%、30%、50%、70%、100%。为研究新拌砂浆的工作性和力学性能,分别对其稠度和密度、抗压与抗折强度进行测试。研究表明:随着再生骨料取代率的增加,再生骨料砂浆的稠度和密度分别上升和下降,由于界面过渡区效应导致抗压强度和抗折强度均下降。This paper studies the influence of recycled aggregate (RA) on the mechanical properties of the masonry mortar. Four strength grades of mortars M5, M10, M15 and M20 are selected in the test. The replacement rates of recycled aggregate to natural aggregate are set as 0%, 30%, 50%, 70% and 100%. In order to study the workability and mechanical property of the fresh mortar, its consistency, density, compressive strength and flexural strength are respectively tested. The study shows that the compressive strength and flexural strength of recycled aggregate mortar respectively go up and down with the increment of recycled aggregate replacement rate. Both the compressive strength and the flexural strength decrease because of interfacial transition zone effect.
