摘  要:目的 比较3种不同方法提取五味子中木脂素类成分的含量.方法 分别用大孔吸附树脂法、超临界CO2流体萃取法和超声提取法对五味子中木脂素成分进行提取,采用高效液相色谱法测定五味子中7种主要木脂素的含量.结果 大孔吸附树脂法、超临界CO2流体萃取法和超声提取法的五味子木脂素提取率分别为1.09%,1.89%和1.80%.结论 通过对比发现,3种提取方法中超临界CO2流体萃取法提取的北五味子木脂素含量较高.Objective The content of lignans in Schisandra chinensis was compared among three different methods.MethodThe lignan components in Schisandra chinensis were extracted by macroporous adsorption resin,supercritical CO2 fluid extraction and ultrasonic extraction method.The content of seven major lignans in Schisandra chinensis was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results Schisandra chinensis lignans extraction rates of macroporous adsorption resin,supercritical CO2 fluid extraction and ultrasonic extraction method were1.09%,1.89% and1.80%, respectively.ConclusionThe content of Schisandra chinensis lignans extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction in the three extraction methods was the highest by comparison.
