摘　　要：近十几年来,随着食品行业的快速发展,传统单纯靠人工操作的食品机械,越来不适应安全、快速、准确高效的需要,在食品机械中,增加对电子控制技术的应用,实现机电一体化,为食品机械添加强劲的动力引擎,这也时代发展的需要。在中国食品机械行业中,电、机的结合越来越广泛。本文主要介绍在食品蒸煮行业的一种常用设备-蒸煮锅及其自动控制技术的应用。Over the past decade.With the rapid development of food industry.Food machinery with traditional manual operation.It is more and more unsuitable for the need of safety,rapidity,accuracy and efficiency.In food machinery.Increase the application of electronic control technology.Achieving Mechatronics.Adding powerful power engines to food machinery.This is also the need of the development of the times.China Food Machinery Industry.The combination of electricity and machine is more and more extensive.This paper mainly introduces a kind of common equipment in food cooking industry-Application of Cooker Structure and Electronic Control Technology.
