摘  要:教育设施是市民最为关注的城市公共服务设施,教育设施布点规划编制中通常以“同心圆”划定服务范围,以控制性详细规划确定的居住建筑规模计算服务能力。重庆作为山地城市,受地形影响较大,部分地区采用此方法在学校服务半径和服务能力上与实际有较大差异。因此,该文在大数据支撑下,基于实际人口规模和实际出行距离来分析教育设施服务现状、规划以及对城市建设动态需求进行预警和智能选址,通过GIS分析为辅助手段,探索以“等时圈”方式来精细化构建山地城市教育设施评价模型。Educational facilities are the public service facilities in a city that are of the utmost concern to the public. In the deployment planning of educational facilities, the service scope is usually defined as a "concentric circle", and the service capacity is calculated based on the scale of residential buildings determined in the regulatory plan. As a mountainous city, Chongqing is significantly affected by the terrain, and in some parts where this method is adopted there is a big difference between the service radius and service capacity of the school in reality. Therefore, under the support of big data, and based on the actual population size and actual travel distance, the status quo and planning of educational facilities service were analyzed, and early warning and intelligent site selection for the dynamic needs of urban construction were conducted. Through GIS analysis as an auxiliary means, the method for the refined establishment of the evaluation model for educational facilities in mountainous cities with "isochronous circle" was explored.
