老年髋关节置换术后患者出院准备度现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的调查老年髋关节置换术后患者出院准备度现状及影响因素分析。方法采用一般资料调查表、出院准备度量表对收治的228例老年髋关节置换术后患者进行调查。结果老年髋关节置换术后患者出院准备度总分为(92.07±4.59)分,多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、共病数量、手术分类和定期复查是其影响因素。结论老年髋关节置换术后患者的出院准备度水平偏低,护理人员应重视高龄、多病共存和关节功能康复不佳的患者,并制订有计划性的出院护理指导方案,以便更好地改善疾病预后和提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of the elderly patients after hip arthroplasty. Methods A total of 228 elderly patients undergoing hip replacement surgery were investigated using the general information questionnaire and the Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale (RHDS). Results The total score of readiness for hospital discharge was (92.07±4.59).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,number of comorbidities,surgical classification and regular review were the influencing factors. Conclusion The level of readiness for hospital discharge in elderly patients was low.Nursing staff should pay attention to patients with advanced age,multiple disease coexistence and poor recovery of joint function,and develop a planned discharge care guidance program to better improve the prognosis of the disease and improve the quality of life.
